CREDIT RECORD NOT UPDATED

I took a loan with GETBUCKS last year August and by November the loan was paid in full. GETBUCKS is not updating my ITC record and every month it is listed as in arrears. They still haven't updated this information and it's 2016 already. Could you please update this, because this isn't the first time that this has happened to people who deals with GETBUCKS!!! Someone clearly isn't doing his job!!!
