Credit profile still in a \legal"status"""

My complaint lodged on 7 April 2015 at 10.39 has reference -<br> <br> Further to this complaint, my credit profile has not been updated within 7 days.<br> This is a direct infringement, as the National Credit Act clearly stipulates to all credit providers that any paid up accounts need to be rectified at the Credit Bureau within 7 days!<br> <br> My account was rectified on the 18/03/2015 already and received a paid up letter on the 19th of the same month from Koketso.<br> <br> We are thus looking at almost 60 days, and not 7 days as prescribed by the NCA!<br> <br> I'll continue posting bad ratings against Getbucks, every single day until this is rectified!<br> I have also lodged a complaint with the Credit Ombud for further investigation into the misconduct and ********* business conduct of Getbucks.
