Credit life insurance on loans a ****

I have a Getbucks loan. In the contract they inform you that you must pay for the credit life claim on your loans. This is the second complain on Hellopeter. I was in an motor accident in October and as I was on unpaid leave during that time, I could not afort to pay the monthly installment. I emailed Get Sure all the relevant documentation with accident report and photos of the insident. Still they are unwilling to pay the claim. As I was in a State Hospital I am strugling to get the sick note from the doctor that treated me. Getsure is in posestion of all the other documents. This is really a **** as the moment you need them they are unwilling to pay. But every month they deduct money for the insurance.
