Credit Bureau Update

I have settled getbucks on the 21st May 2015, i spoke to a few people at getbucks after i had received my paid up letters, however i am unhappy because i have had debts with other companies and they all sent paid up letters and also updated my profile at the bureau<br> <br> Everytime i try to take up credit they advise that my affordability is low because Getbucks still show that there is a balance outstanding, that reduces my affordability as much as i only have one loan now.<br> <br> Can someone please help, i will never have credit with this company anymore as i always need to complain before things gets done, yes i defaulted previously however things happen and it was due to unforseen circumstances that anyone can go through in life, its like their customers dont mean nothing.<br> <br> I have tried to seek assistance several times but no joy.<br> <br>
