Credit amount not paid back

I have paid off my loan with Getbucks towards the end of January 2015, but the debit orders still went off on 27/01/2015. I have contacted them about the +/- R2,000.00 which my account is now in credit with, but no-one seems to know what to do. I just want the money back! I have called 5 times over the past few weeks, but nobody could help me and despite numerous promises to get back to me, no-one has called me back either. Getbucks: you are very quick to take money out of my account, but when the shoe is on the other foot, you play dumb and ignore all my requests. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! WILL SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?!?
