Consultants ignoring me!!!!

from the 25th last month i app**** and i was told that my number is wrong i should use the old number of which i had 6 years ago. what am i suppose to do to get the old number, 6 years no one can do a simswap on any network, Surely there should be another option like every other company! i got a call yesterday and i was told my application was going to be concluded yesterday. i then re app**** and i noticed it didnt say verifying cell number anymore on my app but now it says verifying existing loan of which i dont have yet hence no money yet.! Mmmakabelo, Nnana and Mologadi just send templates on the live chat and ignore me, worse part that irritates me is the fact that they send templates that have nothing to do with my question!!!
