Consistently Impeccable Service!!

I app**** for a loan as I always do and it was cancelled since I had many loans. I called into the call centre on Saturday 25 July to try and find a way for the system to approve me. I was lucky enough to deal with Kim who explained the procedure to settle some of my smaller loans and take the process forward. Since then I have pestered her with everything from capturing of my settlement payments to application of the new loan. Throughout the process even with my constant nagging Kim has treated me with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. When I could not get in touch with Kim I dealt with Linda on three occasions and she was equally as helpful. I cant stress how impressed I am with the levels of service I received from Kim and Linda. I am one satisfied customer in no small measure thank to these two ladies. An absolute testament to the getbucks brand!
