Complete Ignorance

A couple of months back I took out a loan with Getbucks. Before I could get the loan, I was forced to accept a policy that costs an additional amount per month. The loan was paid back within 30 days but this policy was never cancelled. So for the last 2-3 months I've been debited even though the loan was paid back. I have sent an email to request assistance - I was conveniently ignored. I sent another email to them and yet again I am being conveniently ignored. I have instructed my bank to cancel these debit orders but alas - the debit order still went through this month. So now I'm going to take this to the ombudsman and I will seek legal action and advice. I have my email reference numbers (that you sent to acknowledge receipt of my emails) on hand and so we will walk this road.<br> <br> For the other people out there - if you are considering using Getbucks, please think twice. And I will carry this message across to friends, family and family friends wherever I go.
