Complaint still not resolved

I submitted a report to Hello Peter regarding the bad service received, and how my account has been debited incorrectly. I was called by one of their customer care consultants, namely Khoketso, who advised me that the amount had been written off and my account closed. So imagine my surprise on receiving an email today threatening me with legal action!!! This is unacceptable, as they will be giving me a bad credit record, which I will take up with the ombudsman, as I cannot take this incompetence any longer.
