COLLECTION THEY COLLECT WHEN THEY WANT

This morning 2 debit orders went of my account but my debit order arrangement is for the 25th of every month, I phone twice already regarding my debit order date because they collect whenever they want. I signed on the website where you can chat on the website and I complained and asked someone to call me back. Mbali was waiting for feedback from collections but still nothing from this morning. This is definitely not the way to treat your customers!!!
