Collect debit order for loan that was never paid

Getbucks collected a loan repayment from me for a loan that was never paid out to me. I have called 3 times now, with same response... we have sent a query to finance department They say that they will get back to me ... They don't! After 3 attempts I still get no response other than "we will get back to you".
