Clearing my name on Credit Bureau

Several months ago I was handed over to a debt collection agency and two months ago I got notified by my bank of this issue. I was never told, called or anything from Getbucks with regards to this debt although I already paid it ages ago and filed a police report.<br> <br> After contacting Koketso and Sylvester, it had been two months until this issue was finally resolved.<br> <br> Thank you for working hard to resolve this issue, my name is finally been cleared.<br> <br> I know you not to blame for credit bureaus being sort of slow, but let's be honest here, you shouldn't have handed me over in the first place without calling me, I did settle the amount months before you handed me over.<br> <br> Thanks again.
