Normally to get a paid up letter it takes 24 hours from the time you request but i was in a situation whereby i needed the letter urgently. i spoke to Michele and she explained to me it takes 24 hour to receive such a letter, after i explained my situation both Michele and Kebabone tried everything in their power to make sure i receive the paid up letter in less than an hour. even though i was requesting the impossible to be done for me, they kept their calm with me and assured me they will try by all means of which they did and i received the letter.
