Cant view my balances can't contact anybody

I logged onto the internet to see my balances it has an error saying I have outstanding payments but I have been debited already. Now that I try and phone in to find out where I stand finacially I wait on the call till it says I must leave a message but the mailbox is full and just hangs me up
