Can't get a decent service even if your begged them

The debit orders keep going off so that part they know very well how to do but providing a decent service is too much to ask.a month later and they still can't get their core services in order. When you ask them to cancel the contract since you never received the money they refuse!

I am just waiting for my 21 days then I am escalating to Ombudsman.all this review will be used to show that ive tried to be reasonable with these people.
