CANNOT REACH ANYONE

<p>I requested a discount on my outstanding amoutn owing in order to settle my account. This was allowed and i paid and setlled my account in full. i received a paid up letter. I am still receicing notifications from getbcuks that I owe them money whihc i have paid! Thsi was months ago. It is still reflecting on my credit profile. I have sent numerous emails, tried to call in to all departments and the phone just rings, no one answers. If I do get through, I get transferred and no one answers.</p>
