Cannot link account, wont get back to me.

Good day<br> <br> I am trying to apply for a loan on getbucks website as I have before, however I am unable to link my bank account in order to verify my account. Previously, I was able to upload the required documents manually - it seems this option is no longer available.<br> <br> I do believe this is quite a simple matter to resolve and have sent numerous messages on the live chat, asking for assistance. Unfortunately I am still waiting for a reply and therefore have resorted to this platform.<br> <br> It should not be such a complicated task to utilise this service, especially when I have been using it for quite some time.<br> <br> I hope this matter will be sorted out promptly and I will be able to continue to use this service.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Liezel Williams<br> ***
