CAN SOMEONE HELP?

I am also waiting for a payout since the 13th Feb, 2020. I have been a client of Getbucks for a couple of years now...but sadly that means nothing. This is the first time i have waited this long. Regardless, if only hey would communicate or advise, but all i get when i call is; "you were told there is a back-log, and you agreed, so unfortunately now you have to wait". Cancelling isn't even an option, because i am now scared of what they are up to! Anyway, lets hope this gets resolved soon.
