Breach of contract

I app**** for a loan on 21st Of June 2015. Received an sms stating that it has been approved.<br> Knowing that it was a Sunday, I believed that the loan would be paid out yesterday.received my contract. Opened,read through it.<br> I then received an sms at 12pm stating that the loan has been cancelled i need to settle existing loans first.<br> I then logged on to chat to find out what is going on. I spoke to Marcellino a Get bucks consultant who ensured me that the loan will be paid out shortly and it has been approved.<br> This morning still payout received. I then log on to chat again and now Marcellino said that due to notional payment it has been reversed.<br> My problem is that:<br> 1.I was approved<br> 2.I was approved and received a contract and NO WHERE ON MY CONTRACT DOES IT STATE ANYTHING ABOUT NOTIONAL PAYMENT or THE GET BUCKS CAN DECLINE OFFER AFTER AGREEMENT<br> 3.If it was canceled by NOTIONAL PAYMENT- why was I not informed on that in the first place.<br> 4.I received a binding contract. And it is ******* to not honour.<br> 5.After receiving the sms of decline A GET BUCKS CONSULTANT CONFIRMED PAYOUT stating i have been approved & i will get funds<br> <br> will not except this.thrice it was confirmed!
