Breach of contract

I app**** for a loan on Friday the 05/11 and emailed all the necessary documents. On Saturday I was advised that the loan has been approved but there is a problem with bank acc. I waited no one responded to me until Monday when I phoned and was told to teens my statements I did that. I last spoke to Anele who told me that there is an issue with my account number in 10 min until now I have not received any feedback from them.
