Bordering on *******

Absolute worst service ever bordering on ******* agreements. Took a loan before the 6th of February 2020. Transferred two amounts to ewallet and bank account. It’s 18th February 2029 still no funds received.

Followed queries to email (copy pasted response from it) and their chat service (rude agent or bot also with a copied pasted response with just leaving chat without replying).

Not sure who to escalate this to but you can’t give out loans and have agreements signed and not follow through or have avoidant customer service who can’t help.

I am thinking who I can contact like the NCA or a regulatory body.
