Blacklisted after keeping a good payment record

I took up a loan for R8000 and paid it off without problems, took other 4 additional loans which I paid back without problem. Now since December I have been blacklisted to apply for another loan, which is not fair as I paid Get bucks very well. I will appreciate if the blacklist can be removed from my account.
