Bad services regarding accounts

This is the second complaint on Hello Peter regarding this matter. I was in a motor accident and immediately informed Getbucks that I did not receive any monies. As I was retrenched and all the relevant documentation was send to them and after my previous employer confirmed it, the claim was still rejected. Then I phone Getbucks and was informed that this account has been paid up. After waiting for a paid up letter, I then phoned again. Then I was informed that this account has been handed over. This is been going backwards and forwards and I don't get anywhere regarding this situation on this matter. The only monies that I earn is when the company needs me as a temp and then get paid by hour and in cash. But still they let one pay for the Credit Life insurance and if you need to use it, you realize that you are paying for nothing.
