So they offer you a loan, you send all your documents but don't tell you that it hasn't gone through.You login to your profile, only to see that you can now get a loan, which you have just app**** for, but have not been told why it has not been approved.Getbucks, your service is terrible, you have no customer service, what has happened to you?
