bad service and you don't listen

I wrote a review last month to have my settled account removed from my itc report and that is still not done and I am trying to apply for a home loan I keep getting rejected because on Getbucks which shows on my report which is not fair as I have settled this account lat year June already, you only removed the duplicate account and not everything, what is the point of it being on my report when I have paid it up??????????????
