Bad Service and rude agents

This was the most pathetic service I've ever gotten before.. I got transfered 3 times before I could get to the collections department, and to get a consultant by the name of Mapule Makhathini, who seemed to have a problem with my voice, telling me my voice is too deep to be of a woman's, then she giggles about it.. And secondly, I settled my account but it doesn't reflect, what kind of systems are used there?
