bad service and communication

This is the first time that i have experienced such bad service planning communication from a financial company like getbucks since i have borrowed money from them it was not smooth sailing first they deduct the full loan amount plus cost and interest then suddenly they deducted the interest plus 30% that was never explained to me i had to phone them where they get that amount from then i agree upon that then in late Nov we recieve sms stating that they will deuct on the 11th of DEC ( who will have enough money in there account to pay for an unplanned debit) we contacted getbucks at told them they should deduct on the 18th and the agreed on that then they just went ahead and deducted on the 23rd after the bonus was spend we had money on the 18th as planned and arranged then next blow we get sms that they will deduct the full balance at Jan end without contacting me now im one month behind and in minus end of month because of there incompetence . my wife also borrowed from them her installment goes off on bebit order but now they say after Dec payment went through that she is behind on payment which is not true you guys need to wake up BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
