Bad service

I app**** for a short term loan last week. I was assured my money would be paid within a few days. I have chatted to consultants everyday since my application was approved. I have received no proper explanation. If the system is not offline, then there is a "delay" with payouts. I have been patient and understanding to a point. I feel this is not cool.
