Bad service
Getbucks has taken bad service to a new level in my books.... I have been struggling almost 2 weeks to just get simple banking details changed on there system... everytime I have to call them... they don't call back, give any feedback regarding the matter, they lose documents.. and I have to literally help the Consultant do their jobs... there is always something else that is needed from me but nothing gets done for me.. very unhappy and can't believe that service can be so bad
