BAD SERVICE
As a regular, trustworthy customer of Getbucks for more than 2 years, I find it unacceptable the service receiving now. I app**** for a topup loan Monday (10/06/2019) and till today the status is still in verifying details. 4 days to verify is unacceptable
Tried calling the landline, but all what happens is you get played around in the waiting queue. Tried their online chat but it seems as if only standardized responses is placed which is not helping also.
