Bad Service

This is the second review i am posting about my funds not being paid though they were approved last week, its been 5 days now and nothing is done. They cant even give me a resolution date, all i get is the same copy and paste response. Worst part is that interest is also calculated on the number of days towards the payment date but i never received my funds though the contract was issued out. These kinds of loans are taken out to be used urgently so obviously they should be paid urgently.
