Bad Service

I took out a loan on the 08-Feb-2019 and it was approved but the funds have not been paid to my wallet since then and they all give me the same copy and paste response:

"We are experiencing a delay with the payments and I am unable to confirm when the funds will be released, we have not received confirmation that payments will be made today, apologies for the inconvenience"

Mind you after the funds get paid to my wallet i still have to transfer to my bank account which they could refer to the same copy and paste message. The worst past is they cant even give an estimate time or date of resolution, so i am supposed to sit here with hope.
