BAD SERVICE

I spoke to a Tracey Mkhasibe in July from Getbucks after I had debit orders were going off and I did not understand what for, she said they did not go off my account and I sent her the proof of payment, she said that it was sent to the collection department, she asked me there was one final installment left and I agreed for it to go off, in August another debit order went off, I tried to resolve it without any success, phones hanged up, ask to call back and no call back, now in September another debit order has been loaded, I chat to a Kim on the chat service today, and she says the system is down and they can't do anything at the moment. It's pathetic service from Getbucks!!
