Bad service

As a regular customer and supporter of getbucks I app**** last week and Thursday (08/11/2018) for a topup loan. All paperwork was also sent through. But till today the status/outcome is still "Verifing Employment"

Tried calling on the customer care line but all what is achieved is constant shovel in the waiting queue (than 3rd, than first than 10th) Even if the option of having a consultant call you back, there is NO RESPONSE

Getbucks, Please just indicate YES or NO. To keep a person wait with no reply is not good.
