bad service
i would like you first express my frustration with regards to the service i received from lucy ngozo to ask to do you guys employ such people in your organisation?
she is very rude no telephone etiquette no what so ever i have been a customer for years and i haven't ever complain i want her to be disciplined according and i want you guys to listen to my call
