Bad Service

I app**** for a loan through Loans Acceptance who then forwarded my documents to Get Bucks, that was last week Wednesday (28/02/2018). Was told by Annatjie from Loans Acceptance that someone was going to call me, but no one called, on Monday i decided to call her again, she promised the same thing, the i got an sms from her stating that i must keep my phone with me all times because someone was to call to do a telephonical loan agreement with me, then a short after her sms i got another sms from Get Bucks assuring me that they were busy with my application and i must wait for the phone call, but then again NO PHONE CALL. Today i emailed Annatjie, the next thing i missed a call , just one call from Get Bucks, sms was sent to me with a contact number but m at work can't hold that long, whatsapp no response, live charts also useless, can somebody please help me understand what is going on
