Bad service
Good day
Not sure what is going on. I'm a regular customer of getbucks. I app**** 2 days ago online via dashboard for a topup loan and status till now is still verifying (Even after I submitted the required support documents)
I contacted call centre just to be told that feedback would have been given before COB yesterday but no call. Tried calling on landline just to be placed on hold for approx 15 mins and receive a dropped call (This has happened 4 times before I gave up)
What service is this. Seriously
