Bad Service

<p>When applying for a loan with Getbucks everything is fast and smooth, BUT requiring a paid up letter is a nightmare! I had 2 x loans with Getbucks and they are paid up, after numerous mails and phone calls no reaction. I just need them to give my my paid up letters to clear my name!! </p>
