Bad reporting to credit bureau

App**** for a loan - the loan was approved but reversed due to a debit order run - that night I got an email that payment failed and I need to log on to accept some arrangement - while the debit order was only due in 2 days.<br> I then logged in and accepted the arrangement (as it seemed like a good deal) and it dropped my credit score to nearly half. I then requested to have me credit report - answered a few questions incorrect , then I phoned them so that they can give me a call back to have me log in again and still no one came back to me. They honestly ***** you by the credit bureau and to no fault by myself
