Bad Customer Service

Customer service at Getbucks is very bad, I app**** for a loan with them then they sent me a message to select a certain amount then I selected it and submited. After 1day I got a message saying my application was declined, I didn't even get a notification that my application has been received as they always do, didn't even send a pre quotation. I asked which sales agent can I talk to regarding this, I was referred to Anele, then I sent him messages, called him but he never responded to my Emails and never answered his phone. I asked for Themba as he is always the one helping me they said he is no longer with them. He was the best sales agent they ever had, always helped me same day and thoughtfully.

I then sent their customer care a mail, they only responded with I already know. I enquired more but they never responded, I requested another sales agent apart from Anele because he doesn't take his job serious and even now still no response. I am very disappointed.
