Bad customer service
I took out a loan with the company and have following up for the past 5 days on the payout. Everyday same story that they having technical issues and waiting on management for feedback. Why approve loans if you cannot pay them out. Contract already even loaded on my account.
The consultants are rude and shouts over the phone, bad customer service!!
