BAD COMMUNICATION

It is heartbreaking approach this platform, but it seems to be the only platform where ANSWERS are provided and not AUTOMATED answers

I app**** for a loan. Approved and than moved loan from wallet to EFT to my account. Monday I received a SMS indicating that there is a delay on payments and that the loan is a approved and will be paid out "very soon" (not sure what the time frame on SOON is). The SMS provided an email address which I used to get confirmation on when the loan will be available in bank account. All what I got AGAIN is another automated email which does not provide the answers.

Now questions is. when I went into loan agreement I agreed to the costs (interests and all), but how is it that I have to pay for interests on a loan which I have not received. (Or maybe the debit date needs to be adapted to the days delay on payment)

Please, just provide feedback on when the loan will be available in bank account
