BAD BAD SERVICE AND JUST DON'T CARE APPROACH

<p>Took a loan. Could not pay and then made an arrangement. Paid them monthly. During December the collection agency gave me a 50% discount and after six emails 2 months later a letter stating I had paid up. I personally phoned GETBUCKS spoke to Christinah and Mr. de Roubeaux, promised me ater 6 emails and 4 phone calls, if was removed from attorneys/collectors and I insisted they remove or update ITC. During December I used my bonus to clear this, what a waste. Now 8 months later, I have TWO entries on ITC, not one, I get called 3 times a week by various collectors asking me to pay!!!! UNLESS you are desperate, please, please do not go there. In the last two weeks emailed Christinah and Francois Du oubeaux twice, not even the decency to reply. Drew an ITC Report this morning, still two reports on my name, this reduces your credit score and nobody will give you any finance. Once again GETBUCKS you are pretty *********.</p>
