Atrocious service !!!!!!
Loan approved and funds available in the wallet on the wallet on the 07 Nov. transfer to my fnb the same day (7) but no funds received to date. I have called, attempted a chat numerous times, attempted a whatsapp, and this is my second hellopeter complaint and nothing. Come debit date a person is debited for monies they never received?!?
