Atrocious customer care!
Absolutely the WORST customer service I've experienced in my entirely life. I have been trying since last Wednesday to speak to the ONLY consultant working on applications. Not 1 person can give me an answer regarding my application. I have sent many many sms's, whatsapp, emails and made many calls. NO FEEDBACK AT ALL. I am extremely disappointed in the service of Getbucks.
