Approving loans with no payouts

I app**** for a loan due to an emergency on Monday 04/02/2019, to date i have not been paid out. The reason i took the loan is because they claim to be fast with payouts. Which they have been when i used them a year or 2 ago. The callcentre just says that there is an issue with their accounts department, the same story everyday with no turn around time. I mean why approve a loan knowing that you are unable to deliver, and as per this website its an on going issue. I should have enquired here first. What pathetic service from Getbucks!
