Approved or declined

On the 27 Saturday evening I app**** for a loan with getbucks and a moment later I received an sms saying congrats your loan application as been approved and I also received an email with a contract of the loan of how much I will pay back and when. A this morning I then checked my loan status via their sms service, I then received an sms saying I have no loans in my name as the last loan was declined. I then went back to their website and when I checked my profile it says a loan of R..... In current state with the next payment of R.....due on the 25 March 2016.Now I'm really confused is my loan approved or declined? And if declined why then lead me on with the congrats message and send me an email with a contract? Please help I really need the money.
