APPROVED-NO PAYOUT
Loan approved 29 October. I requested transfer of funds to my FNB account before 11am. STILL WAITING. Only get told that it will happen before COB. Your call centre doesnt answer and as soon as i hear that i am next in line to be assisted it jumps back to number 8 in the queue. Your live chat is even worse!!!! SORT THIS OUT PLEASE!!!!!
