Approved Loan not Paid out

I was approved for a loan on the 12th June 2015 and was told I would be paid out within the hour. On Saturday 13th, I called in and was told I would be paid before the end of the day. It is Sunday the 13th and still have not received my loan. It is absolutely unacceptable service from a financial provider that claims to have loan disbur*****t within an hour. In an emergency when you apply for a loan, 3 days without the loan being paid out is very, very poor service. I am very disappointed with Getbucks quality of service.
