Approved loan, no funds in my account

How do you approve a loan and not transfer funds to my bank account, loan was approved on Wednesday and its Saturday and I have not received any funds in my bank account, I have left countless messages and no one gets back to me, this is really pathetic service , when will the funds be transferred to my account
